The newest member to the team at Your Move Fitness is an accredited Exercise Scientist with a broad sporting background and an immense passion for health and fitness. 

 

Zac’s goal is to have the most positive impact he can on the lives of the people he works with whilst educating, inspiring and transforming them into the best version of themselves. Specialising in muscle building, strength, weight loss and functional training he challenges his clients to train with purpose and find the right lifestyle balance so that they can enjoy their lives whilst looking, feeling and performing how they want to.

I have been working with PT clients for over 7 years, also as a group trainer. & Member Manager focusing on member relationships & mental health. Functional training is my passion, encouraging all forms of movement & able to work around injuries, particularly for members new to the gym sphere.
 
After losing 40kg myself, leading me into this career change, it's no surprise that sustainable weight loss is my specialty. I love what I do & the amazing people I work with & support to achieve their goals. Exercise & fitness changed my life dramatically, both mentally & physically.
